We take ages three and up in private lessons. Lessons are kept age and experience level appropriate. We require students to wear jeans or long pants, boots, and a helmet at all times. Parents must sign a release form for children under 18. All of our lessons are one on one and allow for a better connection between student and teacher.  Lessons usually run in 45 minute sessions, although for smaller children this may be shortened. This will be 45 minutes of riding time, so plan to be here for an hour total, allowing for tacking and untacking, grooming, and hoof care. 

Adults are also encouraged to participate in lessons. We understand that it can be daunting to take up riding as an adult or to become a re-rider after not being able to ride for several years. Lessons progress at the pace of the rider, and we take pride in the fact that we have helped several riders through fear issues.
